- Academic Verification credentials: Date of Birth, ICMAI/ICAI Student Registration ID, and selected exam attempts.
- Documents Uploaded: Payment screenshot receipts, student profile selfie photo, and student ID proof.
- System details: Operating system configuration and AnyDesk Remote Support ID for player licensing.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is utilized strictly to provide a seamless learning ecosystem. We use the information to:
- Verify payment transactions and clear admissions status.
- Generate secure single-device player serial activation keys.
- Deliver study textbooks and printed workbook notes via our shipping courier partners (e.g. DTDC).
- Provide direct coordinator support on WhatsApp and AnyDesk.
3. Sharing & Disclosing Information
Priyanka Saxena Classes does not sell, rent, or lease your personal details to third-party marketing services. We only share information with:
- Courier & Delivery partners: For physical shipment of books to your address.
- Payment Gateways (Razorpay): For secure checkout processing and transaction status validation.
- Law Enforcement: Only if required under applicable Indian laws to prevent fraud or copyright violations.
4. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy Policy
All video classes, encrypted serial players, printed notes, compilation charts, and mock test papers are copyrighted properties of Priyanka Saxena Classes. Screen recording, downloading, decoding, or sharing resources on social channels (YouTube, Telegram, etc.) is strictly monitored.
We log IP coordinates and system hardware hashes to prevent piracy. Any student found violating intellectual property will face immediate license cancellation and civil/criminal prosecution.
