2. Single-Device License Keys & Registration

When purchasing digital video formats (Google Drive downloads, mobile app access, or Pen-drives):

• You will receive a unique software player key linked to your registration. This key allows activation on one single device only (either one Windows Laptop OR one Android phone/tablet).
• Dual login or simultaneous device operations are strictly blocked by the encrypted player software.
• Re-licensing key resets due to hardware changes, laptop formats, or motherboard repairs are limited to one free reset per course, subject to administrative review.

3. Copyright Limitations & Violations

All lectures, compiled question workbooks, printed notes, and PDFs provided by Priyanka Saxena Classes are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957.

Sharing logins, screen recording, recording with external cameras, uploading classes to Google Drive links publicly, or selling notes is strictly illegal. If piracy or sharing of serial keys is detected by our system, we reserve the right to:

• Disable your serial activation key instantly without notice.
• Withhold subsequent video uploads and doubt-solving assistance.
• Initiate civil and criminal legal proceedings under the Indian Copyright Act.

4. Logistics & Shipping Guidelines

Physical study materials and pen-drives are shipped from our Delhi office center:

• Dispatches occur within 48-72 hours of payment receipt validation.
• Coordinators enter DTDC courier tracking numbers and URLs in your onboarding portal.
• Standard delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days across India, depending on postal zones. Priyanka Saxena Classes is not liable for transport delays caused by courier service operations.

5. Dispute & Jurisdictional Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of portal purchases or classes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India only.
