Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Refundable Nature of Digital Content

Due to the digital nature of recorded video lectures, software activation serial keys, and downloadeable workbook files, all purchases made on priyankasaxenaclasses.com are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.

Once a payment has been processed through our payment gateway (Razorpay), study download links generated, or physical study materials shipped, fees will not be returned or converted to any other subjects/combos.

2. Technical & Device Compatibility Clause

It is the absolute responsibility of the student to verify that their personal devices satisfy the software player specifications prior to buying:

Windows Laptop/PC format: Requires Windows 10/11 operating system with at least 4GB RAM. It does not run on MacOS, Virtual Machines, or Linux laptops.
Android Smartphone format: Requires Android 6.0 and above with working camera coordinates. Rooted devices are strictly unsupported.

If a student faces compatibility errors during player installation, our dedicated IT support team will provide remote assistance via AnyDesk. No refunds will be provided for lack of hardware compatibility.

3. Physical Material Replacement & Damages

When physical printed textbooks or pen-drives are shipped:

Our dispatch center tests all pen-drives prior to courier dispatch.
If you receive defective printed study material (torn pages, printing errors) or a damaged pen-drive, you must notify our team within 3 days of delivery receipt at +91 88 2660 2669 along with unpacking photos.
We will arrange a free courier exchange for the damaged item immediately. No refunds will be issued.

4. Transaction Failures & Double Charges

If an amount has been debited twice or a transaction fails at the Razorpay payment gateway checkout page:

The payment gateway will automatically trigger a refund within 24-48 business hours directly back to your original source account (UPI, Card, or Netbanking). You can also share your transaction reference code with our helpline to speed up double charge reviews.
